Welcome to ukildiary.com.bd also hereby known as "ukildiary". We are an online Lawyer chamber management diary provider for the judge Court lawyers of BD and these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of Ukil Diary along with its related sites, Mobile app, services and tools. By using the site, you hereby accept these terms and conditions and represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. This user Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the "ukildiary" which signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by this user agreement please don’t access, register with or use this app. This app is owned and operated by Prosha Bangladesh LTD, a company incorporated under the companies’ act 1994(Registration Number: C-)
The sites reserves the right to change modify add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification, changes will be effective when posted on the site with no other notice provided. Please check the terms and conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to terms and conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
· Condition of uses
To access certain services offered by the platform, we may require that you create an account with us or provide personal information to complete the creation of an account. We may at any time in our sole and absolute discretion, invalidate the username and/or password without giving any reason or prior notice and shall not be liable or responsible for any losses suffered by, caused by, arising out of, in connection with or by reason of such request or invalidation.

You agree that we shall be entitled (but not obliged) to act upon, rely on or hold you solely responsible and liable in respect thereof as if the same were carried out or transmitted by you. You further agree and acknowledge that you shall be bound by and agree to fully indemnify us against any and all losses arising from the use of or access to the Site through your account.

By paying subscription fee you can access and use this site for your own Chamber management. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site.

You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Site or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must not engage in activities that could harm or potentially harm the Site, its employees, officers, representatives, stakeholders or any other party directly or indirectly associated with the Site or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You understand that you, and not us, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the Site for lawful purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from using the Site
o you will always check your bell button and. Will solve your problems on your own responsibility.
o you may not file any case against ukildiary under any circumstances.
o you also may not operate any other website or app related business by copying the management system / features of ukildiary.
o you shall not be liable to ukildiary for any interruption of its service due to any Mechanical malfunction.
o you know that this site (app) cannot be used without internet connection. Therefore you will ensure the internet connection at your own responsibility.
o It's your personal responsibility to update the cases upload on Ukil diary. You will upload and update the cases on ukildiary at your own responsibility. In this case ukildiary will try its best to help you. However, ukildiary is not obliged in any Way.
o any case date entry on your part may be incorrect. You are required to recheck it.
o you shall not upload any transfer cases in the first month on ukildiary and shall not upload More than 10 percent of your total cases for transfer thereafter.
o do not upload any case dated one month prior to the date of your new account
· Payment method
o you have to pay the subscription fee as per the declared package of Ukil Diary. Ukil Diary may change package fees anytime. Subscription/renewal fees will be determined based on time and amount of uploaded cases.
o "ukildiary" uses a third party payment gateway called 'Amar Pay' and receives subscription fees through this payment gateway.. As ukildiary is not directly involved in payment matters, ukildiary doesn’t bear any financial Responsibility at all. Contact ‘Amar pay' for any payment related complications
· Disclaimer :
You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the service on the site and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through the site.
o Ukil diary may terminate your account at any time, and Ukil Diary is not obliged to give you notice in such event.
o ukildiary reserves the right to Change its subscription fees at any time without being obliged to notify you.
o the authority may from time to time make any changes to the app/site for the benefit of the users without prior notice to you.
o ukildiary is under no obligation to notify you by SMS or in any other manner on any matter related to your cases.
o at any time the activities of ukildiary may be stopped. In that case the authorities shall not be held responsible in any way.
o ukildiary reserves the right to update the information (new dates, transfer, others) through Ukil Diaries staff as per you uploaded case information. Ukil diary will only attempt to assist you in this regard but is in no way obliged to do so.
o we will always try to provide accurate up-to-date dates of your uploaded cases. If there are any inadvertent mistakes, please correct them at your own responsibility. Ukil diary cannot be held responsible. In that case there is no specific time. We will try to provide updated information of the cases subject to finding in the cause list Register / Transfer Register.
o Ukil diary stores all your case related information on third party hosting. Authorities will not be responsible if it gets lost due to any reason.
o the subscription fee for ukildiary is waived. It cannot be claimed under any circumstances.
o All information uploaded by you to Ukil Diary shall be considered its property and reserves the right to use it as it wishes.
o the information provided by you in ukildiary is generally considered truly ukildiary. Ukil diary will never be responsible if any problems arise due to your own personal mistakes.
o collect and upload the date of all your uploaded cases at your own responsibilities. In that case ukildiary will only help you. Ukildiary cannot be forced to provide your case date.
o ukildiary reserves the right to Change the "terms and conditions" without prior notice.
· Amendments to conditions or alternations to service and related promise
o Waiver
We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, its policies, these terms and conditions and any other publicly displayed condition or service promise at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you used the Site unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition
o Termination
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
o Governing Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The People's Republic of Bangladesh. You agree that the courts, tribunals and/or quasi-judicial bodies located in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have the exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute arising inside Bangladesh under this Agreement.
Conclusion:
You hereby expressly release "Ukil Diary " as owned by PROSHA Bangladesh Private Limited and its affiliates and/or any of its Officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any other actions/inactions of the service provider and specifically waiver any claim or demands that you may have in this behalf under any Statute, contract or otherwise.
